Mark Delport – Managing Director

Mark is a qualified engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. His career started in Zimbabwe and for the last 13 years has been a member of the Triple R team. As the owner of Triple R Engineering 2010,  Mark is responsible for the overall operation of the business.

Always customer focused Mark ensures that the business operates at peak efficiency to provide customers with on time, high quality services, as well as looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency in the workshop. He works with the team to ensure complex repair and rebuild jobs are properly understood and specified, then processed through our facility to be completed on time and to budget.

Debbie Delport - Administration,HR and Health and Safety Officer

Debbie's job is to ensure that our business continues to operate smoothly from an Administrative function as well look after HR and Health and Safety.  In her HR role Debbie is tasked with all responsibilities connected with employee and resource management and her role as a Health and Safety officer is to assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all employees at Triple R Engineering

Craig D– Craig  is our main super-finer, he also assists with welding and helps out as a general hand

Duncan - We are welcoming back Duncan. He worked for us for several years previously and is returning after a period of working overseas. He is highly skilled in Metal Spraying

Gerard - An experience qualified fitter and turner,  he joins us from South Africa and is a welcome addition to the team

Grant – Our high grade welding specialist. Also highly experienced in low tolerance grinding. Grant works closely with Mark and the machining team in determining the most effective and efficient way to get jobs done.

Koos– Highly experienced and qualified fitter / turner with many years of customer service experience including operating his own machining business in South Africa before coming to New Zealand.

Len – Len is a general hand – a solid operator with a broad and general range of trade skills. He is also our facilities management expert. However challenging or unusual the request Len grabs it with a grin and a positive attitude….

Lloyd - an apprentice welder/fabricator, Lloyd is learning how to be an expert in his field under the guidance of our experienced team

Laweh - an very cheerful and capable general hand and welder, Laweh has shown that he is able to tackle the tasks given to him quickly and efficiently

Michael– With nearly 20 years experience in the trade and having owned his own Machine Shop for 10 years, Michael is slipped very easily and capably into the role of Machine Shop foreman.

Orland - An experienced qualified  Fitter Turner/Machinist who have proved to be very capable , Orland is another welcome addition to the team in the machine workshop.

Smitty – Our very competent operator in our blast, zinc spray and paint area.  

Cam - Assists Smitty in the blast, zinc spray and paint operation

Trevor B - Fitter Turner/Machinist and he brings with him years of experience in machining.  You can rely on Trevor to just get on with the job no matter how big or small and produce quality work -
